About the Events Center
The Lincoln Parish Library Events Center is more than ready to host your next event, whatever it may be. While part of the library, the center occupies a space all on its own separate from the main library facilities. Our large rooms are available and adaptable to all kinds of activities and types of gatherings.
The Ruston Room
Our largest room, the Ruston Room, is 6,765 square feet and has access to restrooms and food preparation areas in the back of the center.
The Grambling Room
The Grambling Room is 2,335 square feet, is next to our public restrooms and directly connected to the center’s lobby.
The Simsboro, Choudrant, and Dubach Rooms
The Simsboro, Choudrant, and Dubach rooms connect with moveable walls to allow for smaller or larger spaces, and the Dubach Room offers a raised stage and a food preparation area on the front end of the space. All three rooms have projector screens available. Up to 3,010 square feet of venue space is possible between these three rooms.
Entire Venue Rental
By renting out the entire center, patrons will be able to have access to dressing rooms and private bathrooms in front of the Dubach Room, including a shower.
Each room comes with several options in lighting arrangements and sound management. Podiums, mics, seating and computers are also available for rent as well. If you need a space to gather, we have it!
