Event Details

We are sweating it out while building our book muscles! Chair fitness class at the library is a novel way to get fit. Jump in and join us now! 📚💪🏼 Tuesdays at 6 p.m. and Wednesday at 10 a.m. (We will not have Chair Fitness the week of Thanksgiving.)
Bring water and a small towel.
Robin will lead the class with a video.
This program is free and open to the community.
