The Lincoln Parish Library and the LSU AgCenter have partnered during the month of November to challenge the community to get out and MOVE!

Use the attached form to participate individually or as a family. Members of the community can also register and patriciate online at www.bit.ly/lincolnmoves through Wandoo Reader.

Keep track of your moving minutes on the log each time you get up and MOVE for an extended period of time (15 minutes or longer). Earn a point for each minute of activity you log.

Examples of MOVING MINUTES include walking, biking, running, sports, yoga, raking the leaves, mowing the lawn, walking the dog, dancing, lifting weights, kayaking and swimming.

Additional points can be earned by completing the challenges listed on the event log. Be sure to follow all requirements for the challenge!
For every 100 points earned, you (or your family team) will get one entry into a prize drawing for various prizes. The more points you earn, the more tickets you get in the drawing. (Library staff will total your points and create tickets for you.)

All MOVEmber Official Event Logs must be turned into the Library by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020 to be counted for the prize drawing that will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2020.
