All regularly scheduled board meetings are held in the Lincoln Parish Library’s Community Room at 5 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month. Board agendas are posted at the front entrance a day prior to each meeting. The public is invited to attend and comment for every board meeting. In accordance with Act 393, the Library Board will provide for participation via electronic means according to this policy.
